About Garrett Gincley
I am an avid kayak fisherman who will be fishing the Kayak Bass Fishing (KBF) national tournament trail in 2019 as well as the Carolina Kayak Anglers trail. I am a 2017, 2018 and 2019 KBF National Championship Qualifier and a 2017 KBF The 100 Challenge Championship Qualifier representing Pennsylvania. I currently live in the RTP area of North Carolina. My favorite ways to fish are in deep water either cranking or throwing a magnum worm. On the water I represent a few awesome companies. I am the sole kayak angler on the Millerods Team. I am sponsored by Flambeau Outdoors and Fish-D-Funk. I am a member of the TourneyTag, Adam's Custom Lures and ZeeBait Teams. I currently fish out of a 2019 Hobie Pro Angler 14 outfitted with a Torqeedo 403, Humminbird Helix 10, and Boonedox Landing Gear. Each piece of equipment plays an integral role in my success on the water and I have prided myself in learning my gear inside and out. My ANGLR Bullseye is no different. This has taken my fishing logs to another level. Previous to its release I was logging my trips the old fashioned way - pen and paper notebook. As you can imagine there are times where in the heat of the moment of being on a fired up school of bass, I didn't get to log my fish as soon as I would have liked. This lead to some guessing on numbers and size for the log - making the log slightly inaccurate at times. Enter the ANGLR Bullseye and all those problems are gone. With the simple click of a button I can log each catch. Press it twice and I marked the exact spot. This is especially helpful for someone like me who does most of his fishing offshore in deeper water. It allows me to easily log my catch while holding my spot and getting back in there for those fired up bass. Because of my style of fishing, my fish finder is exceptionally important in my success. Being able to read and understand what you are seeing is key to being successful using your fish finder. I have prided myself in understanding the ins and outs of my fish finder allowing me to locate, mark and catch bass. My Humminbird Helix 10 makes that easy! Tight lines all!
